This recently completed external rendering project on a detached bungalow in Wrose, West Yorkshire, highlights a full transformation using a low-maintenance, coloured silicone render system. The soft off-white/cream finish gives the exterior a clean, modern aesthetic while providing robust, weather-resistant protection against damp and harsh weather conditions. Decorative stone quoining along the property corners has been meticulously framed to preserve the original architectural character, creating a striking contrast against the fresh render.

Attention to detail is evident across every elevation, with clean masking around windows, doors, and rainwater pipework ensuring sharp lines throughout. The black plinth base course anchors the structure, neatly tying together the black guttering, downpipes, and utility covers. Complementing the upgraded facade, the slate-chipped borders, paved walkways, and neat landscaping complete the property’s refreshed, high-end kerb appeal.
