Re-rendering project on a traditional detached property in Dewsbury
This extensive re-rendering project on a traditional detached property features a high-performance silicone render system designed to revitalise and safeguard the home’s exterior. The crisp cream finish modernises the facade while seamlessly preserving unique architectural details, including the exposed stone lintels, decorative stone accents, and the grand stone-arched porch. Requiring full multi-lift scaffolding across both the front and rear elevations, the complete exterior makeover ensures uniform, weather-resistant protection against damp and driving rain.
Precision craftsmanship is highlighted across every elevation, with clean lines surrounding windows, French doors, and roof gable edges. Existing black drainage pipes, soil stacks, and rainwater goods were carefully handled and neatly re-integrated against the fresh textured finish, anchored by a contrasting black plinth at ground level. The finished result beautifully pairs modern surface durability with timeless kerb appeal, perfectly blending the updated render with the home’s natural stonework and established gardens.
